First Energy Healing Energy Session

This is where we begin.

You might know something in your life needs to change, but not know exactly what. You might feel stuck in patterns you keep repeating, disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by your thoughts or unsure whether you can trust what you feel and know.

This first session gives us space to slow everything down and pay attention to what is actually happening within you.

We’ll talk about what’s brought you here before moving into intuitive energy healing, where I’ll work with what I notice in your body, emotions, mind and energetic system.

You may leave with a clearer understanding of what you’re experiencing, a different perspective on something you’ve been struggling with, a sense of physical or emotional relief, or simply more space to hear yourself.

This is the beginning of building a deeper relationship with yourself.

Return Energy Healing Session

1 hr$120

The first session opens the door. The return sessions are where we keep walking through it.

Healing rarely happens in one session. The deeper changes tend to happen as you keep paying attention, noticing your patterns and practising a different relationship with yourself.

Your return session gives us space to continue from where we left off - exploring what has changed, what you’re noticing now and what is still asking for your attention.

Every session is different because you are different each time you arrive.

Together, we’ll work with what’s present through intuitive energy healing, awareness and reflection, helping you develop a clearer understanding of your body, emotions, mind and intuition.

Over time, this can mean recognising your patterns sooner, responding differently to what triggers you, trusting your own voice more readily and making decisions from self-awareness rather than automatic reaction.

The aim isn’t to become someone else. It’s to become more fully yourself.

Cacao Healing Experience

For when you want more time and space to go deeper.

The Cacao Healing Experience is a slower, more immersive introduction to my work.

We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao before moving into intuitive energy healing, giving you more time to settle out of your everyday life and turn your attention towards yourself.

This is for you if you feel like you’ve been carrying a lot, you’re at a point of change, or you simply want to give yourself the space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface.

As we work, I’ll guide your attention towards your body, emotions, mind and energy. You may gain clarity around something you’ve been struggling with, recognise a pattern you’ve been caught in, reconnect with something you’ve been ignoring or simply experience what it feels like to be deeply still and present with yourself.

This experience is an opportunity to slow down, listen more closely and begin creating the space for something within you to shift.
